Collection of Information
You are not required to provide personal information to use the Site. However, if you submit a request for information or other inquiries, in order to make the submission, you may be required to provide certain personal information in order for us to respond to and communicate with you or to facilitate your participation in certain features of the Site. Because participation in these activities is completely voluntary, you have a choice whether to disclose this information. Users to the public areas of the Site generally browse anonymously. We do not normally attempt to identify website visitors. The Site is intended to be used solely in the United States of America (“USA”). If you are not domiciled or formed under the laws of the USA, you should not submit any information of any kind to the Site. If you do submit any information to the Site, you are advised that such data may be collected and accessed by the Site at locations both inside and outside the United States. All data collected by the Site will be stored on servers located in the United States, which means that data provided by individuals located outside the United States will be transferred into the United States. Individuals located outside the United States should understand that the protections afforded to personal information in the United States may be different than those provided in other countries. If you do submit information to the Site from outside the USA, you expressly consent to allowing us to communicate with you regarding the Site and related activities and you expressly consent to the data storage protocols outlined above. You may withdraw such consent by contacting us and we will remove your information as soon as reasonably possible.
Protection of the Information
How we protect your information
We have implemented reasonable and current security procedures to prevent unauthorized access, unauthorized disclosure, loss, and destruction; maintain data accuracy; and ensure correct use of information. Although we try to protect any information transmitted to us, no method of transmitting or storing electronic data is ever completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that such information will never be accessed, used or released in a manner that is inconsistent with this policy, and so users who submit information to us do so at their own risk. When the Site to employs contractors that may have access to personal information, we require that they maintain, use, and disclose any information provided by the Service in a manner consistent with this policy.
This Site is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13. Should we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete that information from our database. If you are under the age of 13, please do not provide personally identifiable information of any kind whatsoever.
